Howdy from the desert!

Getting back into distilling after a couple years! I've got a particular fondness for distilling things made from stuff I've foraged/grown, and so far that means a lot of prickly pear brandy (the suckers are abundant here). I'd like to broaden my horizons a bit, and jumping back into the hobby I'm realizing just how much I didn't know that I didn't know. Looking forward to the journey, cheers!
