Hello!

Post by Zacher »

New member here and really happy to find this site. I've been brewing for 30 years and making wine for 5. I got the bug to try distilling and made my first run about a month ago. Now diving in with both feet! I was very active on the Homebrew Association forum for a long time and won a few awards in the National Homebrew Contest. Hoping I can transfer that knowledge forward. Thanks to all that have posted and already got me on my way. I've been reading tons of posts. Anyhoo, nice to meet you all and I look forward to asking a ton of questions!

Welcome aboard, Zacher!

There are some differences between disciplines, but your brewing mash/ferment and recipe formulation experience will carry over and prove to be an asset to your distilling. Keep up the reading.

Enjoy the journey!
