Hi all,

I have been interested in distilling for quite awhile and have been actively doing it for about a year now. I have been a long time lurker and am now making my first post in order to pick the brains of some of you smart folks. I have a love for whisky and a big interest in making rum.

I run a 50l pot still purchased from a company that makes them up here in Canada. I learned quick I should have went bigger lol.

I find in this hobby I am learning something new all the time that keeps me excited to make more.
