Totally New to the Craft

Hello! I came.upon this site while looking for info to learn the skill/art of distilling. I have not ever used the equipment that I purchased a few years ago as I haven't figured out the process at all. The book I bought was recommended and assumed that I understood the process way more than I actually do. (Way too technical for me to start from). I am glad I stumbled upon your site and hope to learn a ton! Thank you!
