Hello everyone,
Just introducing myself.
I’m from the north west of England, 48 years of age. I’ve made wine and cider for a long time and fancied a new path.
I’ve made own equipment from scratch ( joinery and mechanical engineering background ). I’ve been researching for over a year and with all my cider made for this season I figured why not give it try. Keeping it all the traditional way.
