Hey all, I'm a fairly new distiller from the south-east of South Australia. I put a few dextrose washes through the T500 reflux before deciding I really wanted to embrace the craft and get into more traditional brewing, fermenting and distillation. For instant gratification I went back down to my local brew shop and started throwing money at the guy until I'd acquired what I deemed to be enough entry-level kit to get underway.
Looking forward to upgrading my knowledge, skill-base and equipment as I learn from the community here, the Aussie forum and the wider interwebs.
