Hello from Samwell - Newbie

Hello all,

New distiller just getting into this hobby. I've lurked on the forum and learned a bit, but I had some of my own questions and made an account to learn and talk with others. I've distilled a handful of times (Tomato paste washes) and have experience with homebrewing and fermenting. I'm interested in making vodka and neutral spirits.

I have a very small 3 gallon pot still which I learned on and it was a good start. Looking to get something bigger and more aimed towards neutral spirits in the future.
