I am a total nube win it comes to distillation. I have made a bunch of beer and mead. The closest I have come to distillation was when i made a batch of high proof mead and 16% and used freeze distillation to get a tad under 60 took 3 freezing runs and took a week.
I just pulled the trigger on the Amazons Donks 5 gallon set up to play around with.
I have a bunch of questions and watched the entire 5 seasons of master distillers. LOL
OK that's enough rambling.
