Hello members of the board!

I spent the last 3 days researching the forum, getting stuck in interesting threads for multiple hours, therefore getting to bed way too late and being very tired today!

My journey started with a simple google search "how to make gin". I am totally unexperienced in distilling, the only experience i have is creating wine from our very small vineyard, sort of a micro winery. So it was clear pretty fast, that i want to do more than just compound gin and for that i need the ability to distill. As I am from Austria, I am only allowed to distill with stills up to 2 liters, everything above would be illegal, and I am also not allowed to create neutral alcohol from grain or others myself, so i need to use neutral alcohol for my gin experiments.

So the last days i was eagerly researching what still i can get to be able to do gin experiments and at this point i am still not quite sure. My research through the forums will eagerly continue, and i am hopefully soon clear about what still i want to buy, or even craft.
