Hello folks, my introduction to distilling was soon after Covid hit the world. I stared out as a hobby to make some wine. Not that fond of wine and after a few decent batches I decided to research distilled products. Any good research on this subject seemed to always bring me to the Home Distiller pages!! After reading and learning more than I ever dreamed was needed for distilling, I made a small batch of good ole Tennessee whiskey. That was the start of many tests and trials that many of the contributors here at Home Distiller have helped me along the way. So a big thanks and looking to continue my little chemistry experiments with you great folks here!! Thanks for the vast knowledge and expertise you have shared with me, even if you didn’t know!!
