Hi folks,
I’ve been distilling for about a year and a half. I’m a retired Electrical Engineer with research engrained as part of my DNA. I didn’t start distilling until my eyes bled from reading this forum. Since starting I have made brandy from grapes, apple brandy, UJSSM, HBB, Odin Easy Gin, my own gin formulation, aquavit, Grand Marinier and am now running Jimbo’s Wheated Bourbon. Next up will be a Ben tribute rum using a bag of panela that I got from Ben when he was still with us.
My wife and I have a small vineyard where we harvest enough grapes to make about 70 gallons of Pinot Noir and a smaller amount of Pinot Gris a year.
