I'm Phawkes, and I am a new member here. I joined to learn more about this hobby. I have been a home fermenter wine/mead maker for a while an home distilling keeps coming up in various places, so here I am. I am starting with a small pot still and am an East Tennessee boy now transplanted on the Wisconsin Minnesota border. I look forward to learning from you and returning something to the community.
