Hello! I'm Osse, I've been interested in distilling since I understood the fascinating process of making neutral/vodka. For quite some time I was under the impression (until about a year ago, I'm 36 now) that vodka was the worst kind of spirit due to its somewhat raw/rough taste, but when I understood how it's made and I tried a few alternatives it sparked my curiousity and now I even think its pretty tasty, and here I am today. I like reading a lot and I'm a slow learner, and sometimes have a hard time letting go of how I expect things to work. I'm here cause ultimately I want to build a simple, cheap rig to make neutral. If this oxymoron is even compatible (cheap, pure product and simple). I've already read quite a bit, and I hope there is room for a few stupid questions and some maybe not so stupid questions. And I might ask for concrete advice what to and whether things will work or not. Thanks for a great forum!
