Hello good members of HD!

First of all, thank you for the unbelievable amount of knowledge I've gained so far before digging thru the entire archive on this hobby! There seems to be a topic and answer for just about every question I've had along the way so far, and I'm very grateful.

My goal of this hobby is to start my own micro distillery using locally foraged and home grown ingredients, and hopefully produce a product that is versatile for a clean pour and as a good mix. My initial efforts seem promising but I know I have a lot more research, reading, and experimentation before I get anywhere close to where I want to be!
