After much research, I have made three sugar wash fermentations and several stripping runs on a T500. I can’t believe the number of mistakes I’ve made.
So today is day 1 on Home Distillers. The information here is overwhelming,,, but I’m excited to learn all that I can. I appreciate the immediate focus on safety and laying out a path of subjects to help with the learning curve. To all who have added content…. Thank you!!!
