Hi all, I'm newly registered, but have been reading your forums for some time now.
I'm located in the western US.
I've been distilling for about 6 months or so now, it's quite enjoyable and I've learned a lot so far. Currently I'm using a Grainfather G30 for both mashing and distilling, with both the still spirits alembic dome pot still and a 3" column still configuration.
Right now, I've made a few different fruit brandy runs (overabundance of fruit this year) and a couple whisky attempts. I look forward to making more!
