If you only have a 2200w element , I’d say no way will you have any problems with that condenser .
I run 2400w ( but it is boarderline flooding) and my condenser is even shorted than yours . Yours will easily cope with 2200w with as little as 1L/min
.
I bet that condenser of yours could knock down double that if you ran higher coolant rate .

I wish I made it smaller actually, it's too sensitive for flow adjustment. You try you learn.
