Hi all,

I've been lurking and finally registered. I have some experience of brewing ale (and lots of experience drinking it), but I'm new to distilling. I have a firm appreciation for peaty single malt. My dog is called Isla(y). I'm interested in making my own whisky.
Hoping to learn a lot from you kind folk.
