I'm starting to mess about with whisky , I've just put 10 gallon of UJSSM in and hoping to have a go at something a bit more adventurous soon, maybe a real corn whiskey but I've never tasted a real one yet..
I was going to go for "mellow corn" but I've read that it tastes really headsy. Can anyone recommend a good "standard" for corn whiskey?
Since I've started distilling half the stuff in the shops just taste like heads, I'm from Britain any and all advice from over the pond is much appreciated.
