[GI-SYD]

I live in the Northern Beaches of Sydney
I build loudspeakers for a living (for cinemas, home cinemas)
I build timber & plywood boats for fun, and it turns out I am pretty good at that
I scuba dive in warm water only
I distill in the winter, but I am a rank beginner, so lots to learn.

Kit so far:
I bought a 100L stainless fermenter, should be good for triple batch fermenting.
I bought a Vevor 32L still, of which the Still part is a disaster, but the boiler is Very Good, so I am upgrading that with a copper lid, an Alcoengine pot still and an 2400W element, should be OK after that.
Plans: learn to do TFFV really well, make a bone-dry gin and a feisty whisky!
