I've been a brewer for a while now. First started off with beer, then moved to wine, and have been doing mead for the last few years. So I thought I'd give distilling a try! I've been watching videos and reading posts on here for a little while, so I'm definitely looking forward to my first batch. I'm mostly looking for some easy recipes and will be sure to research answers to my many questions...
