Drink It Now?

Is there a recipe for Whisky or Bourbon that can be drunk without waiting years for it to mature? I am getting on a bit and might not be around in 5 years

Whitedog is any spirit straight from the still.
Just a few weeks with some toasted oak sticks will give a very nice whiskey/bourbon taste. My last all grain(corn) tasted quite simillar to Pendelton after just 10 days.

I'm still learning the basics with neutrals but I've heard good things about uncle jesse's simple sour mash, or UJSSM.
