Firstly my thanks to all contributors for the many tips and insights contained herein. I have spent many hours pouring through the pages.
I have been a brewer on and off for 20 years or so. I have settled with ginger beer for the most part these last few years.
I have always been interested in distilling and have made the leap as I approach retirement.
I am using an air still pro and your tried and true recipes for rum thus far with great success. I look forward to engaging with like minded people sharing ideas and trying out more recipes until I upgrade to a larger unit.
