First of all I'd like to thank you guy for creating and feeding this well of knowledge as I was lurking for the last year on the forum.
I have started with the ol' sugar spirit while keeping well away form the turbo side of things. Refined the skills till I produced a few good gins and got comfortable in that realm. At the moment I am dipping my toes into fruit brandies because my mates ask me to distill their fermented fruit juice which is a totally different beast.
Anyway, I finally registered because I have the urge to produce some nice whiskey before I die
