Hello All,
I'm new here. I love all things whiskey and have gotten into blending at home. I have an ambition to distill. I currently have a couple of barrels (6.5 gal & 1L) an am doing a bit of blending with spirals and mini oak staves in mason jars. I've enjoyed this forum thus far and look forward to learning.
