Like many others I have been lurking around for some time checking the site out. Finally decided to hop on. I'm currently running a modified vevor 5 gal with a 1.5" column with condenser on a 1800w induction cooktop/hotplate. Been researching for awhile finally took the plunge a few months back. On a scale of 1-10 I would say I'm about 3-4. I have the ability to modify and build my own equipment. I can do sugar washes but have successfully done my first all grain (it's shockingly good/maybe beginners luck) and have my second in the works.The reason for finally hoping on board is I want to ask questions and get suggestions because I will be building bigger in the near future. The bug has taken hold. I am a fan of the Whiskeys and mainly I lean in that direction but will be trying other good stuff.
