Angelica Seeds for Absinthe

Post by kiwi Bruce »

If you are interested in trying Angelica Seeds, the old Abs recipes called for seeds and not root, then you can try this...
www.bulkseedstore.com/products/bulk-hol ... 6445864103
their seeds are not treated in any way, and are suitable for herbal, culinary, teas or distilling purposes.
Not cheap...an ounce is $19.39 + shipping, however we would use 5 to 10 grams per liter. I think it's worth a go, I'll try it.

Sow them in your garden, then you have seeds and roots.

I have tried them in one Absinthe, but only at 1g/l, so not enough to make a noticeable difference.
