Hi All, I’ve been interested in distilling for years but didn’t trust myself to make a still and premade ones were previously too expensive for me to try but recently found a cheap stainless one just to see if it was something I’d enjoy and I’m already hooked. My first 2 runs have come out very tasty not just according to me and I’m working up my 3rd mash now. Really looking forward to learning more and more about all the different processes.
