I have for a while been enjoying making Wines and hard cider. Always had an interest in learning the ways of distilling. Recently received a small 5 liter pot still to test the waters. I hope to learn a lot on this new adventure and look forward to learning from this forum. Cheers

Welcome, don’t get frustrated making cuts as it is a lot harder on a still that small. If you like the hobby it wont be long before you go to a larger still. Good luck and be safe!
