Howdy all!
2 year viewer, now introducing myself to the forums. I have been distilling and home brewing for about 2 years out of Melbourne, Australia. At 32 years i'v picked up this hobby after being gifted a still and have obsessed over the craft since. These forums have been almost exclusively my source for learning and trying all different recipes from toasting my own oak to malting my own grain I can't seem to get away from the obsession.
Anyway, hopefully I can contribute a bit now and look forward to reading more.
