Hi everyone.
I have been brewing beers and wines for more years than I can count, but ’m a relative newbie to distilling and currently have a small pot still which I have been using as a learning process, with varying degrees of success, but enjoying the process nonetheless.
I am looking forward to learning more and I certain this is the place to do it!
