Welcome! From one noob to another, READ, there is a literal ton of good info here and everyone is super helpful. Welcome to the club . Most of my wine goes to brandy now.

Yep, that is my plan, especially with the Blackberry wine that is currently bubbling away. I usually get around 15% when it’s finished, so should be good. Now got to learn how to make it into delicious brandy.
