Hello, I'm Skyler. I found out that I love watching yeast experiments that Ive done just watching the process is exiting for me. I have had a few actual runs now they all are varying in abv. But it's extremely high. I have had 1 successful run where I reached a great yield and excellent alcohol content. Though there are still so many things that learning hands on and with only Google to help me. Which is great but certain questions I have I can't get answered off of Google in a timely manner. But in my short time of distilling I have gathered a bunch of experience. I just have a bunch of questions about the condensing coil ... And lengths vs pressure needed. But I'm sure I'll have more glad to be here and if you've any questions for me I'm happy to answer. Good brewing!
