Hello Home Distillers: I have made wine in Nor CA for many years but now embarking on a plan to distill spirits; I’m currently outfitting my work area and have a plan to purchase my still and accessories in next 6 weeks. Super excited to see all the material and resources available off the site; my interests are initially to experiment with recipes for both pot still product as well as reflux.
