My name is Alberto and I'm from south Spain. I like artesanal procedures, making things from the beginning by myself. And I think distilling spirits is something interesting.

Welcome to HD. It's a lot of learning but if you don't confuse the dark spirit information with the clear spirit information it will be easier.

Welcome to the forum Alberto, you live in a beautiful part of the world, I visit at least once every year on a holiday there. (Mojacar/Garrucha/Vera)

There are lots of fruits in southern Spain that you can use in distilling, you are lucky.
