Any thoughts on this still?
I couldn't find any info online, no reviews etc.
Currently it's on special here in a local NZ brew shop - NZ$1200 (around USD 750) down from NZ$2000 for the 35l version.
I was originally considering a T500 reflux still (or Alcoengine). If I add the pot still and copper dome, the price for either of them will be around NZ$1000 - 1100.
The thing is, I can't find anything about it.
