Best pear brandy recipe

Hi there, greetings to all.
I recently picked a few of williams pears from one of my trees, cutted them into small pieces, cleaned out the seeds, and frozen them.
Now I'm looking for a good recipe to make pear brandy. I plan to use Prestige fruit schnapps yeast. Also i know that people add cloves or/and cinnamon to the mix, Should I do it too? Does it really enhance the flavor? My taste reference is Leon Beyer's pear liqueur, I don't know if that one has spices.
This will be my first pear brandy, all advice and guidance about proportions and ingredients will be welcome.
I've a small 10 liters still so I usually distill the fermentation in 2 or 3 parts, for which I use 30 liter drums.
