Hello from Alabama
Hi all, just joined the forum and am as green as they get when it comes to distilling. I just set up my first still purchased from BREWHAUS and am very excited to enjoy and learn the craft. Ive been interested for years and finally decided it’s time to figure it out! I’ve been reading and watching tons of videos. I’ll be doing a cleaning run this weekend and setting up for future runs. Thanks for having me!

I’m looking to start off with some simple sugar washes while I learn my new still. The plan is to make some decent whiskeys and gins.
I’ve already been reading up on the tried and true recipes, thanks so much.
