Introducing

Hi everybody,
Not sure how the things work here, but got a warning message to introduce myself. I have this account while ago, but didn't use it. I'm small home distiller with 20+ years, distilling mainly grappa and whiskey 100-120 liters per year for my own use and pleasure. Last 2-3 years did some tests with ultrasonic aging and looking for some experience here. Thanks in advance to read this post.
