I have a flow meter on my condensers I was planning on using these for finer control at each condenser.
Has anyone used these?

I've never used those valves, but I've seen them sold with China stills and everything I've read says those pneumatic fittings & valves can also be used with water. Many of the specs I've seen show the max temp range as 60C/140F, but that's likely max 'operating temp' at 110psi (or higher) and a somewhat conservative figure.
I've always used brass needle valves for water control, but those are inexpensive enough to replace if anything ever failed. They should work just fine.
Out of curiosity, what flow meter are you using? I've always used a thermowell and a needle valve with each condenser that way I can tune the water flow to not exceed a given temp. To determine the flow rate, I have to collect X amount of water and time it.

Flowmeter 100-1000 ml

I used to have flow meters like that.
Worked great until freezing weather and I forgot to drain the cooling water.

The actual flow didn't match the measurement, but it was consistent.
All I had to do was open the valve until the little ball was at the ink mark I drew on it.

Industrially, I've used hundreds of those fittings in pneumatic applications without any problems. They require pressure to seal so I've never bothered to try using them for low pressure/flow water applications in my distillery even though I have them available.

I have some nice needle valves but when I saw these I figured I could cut out a few connections. They will be here in a week I'll let you know what type of control they have.
This is the
Meter which has no restrictions other then the control knob.
