Stainless steel drum

So I acquired a stainless steel drum but I see that there is browning on the inside on bottom and the presssure washer cleaned most of it but what can I pour into it with some water to let it sit for a day or two to make bottom look like new so it doesn’t leave a scorched flavor in future runs

(maybe baking soda, washing soda, borax, or vinegar)
One of them hopefully would be okay since it’s stainless (inert metal) so I think it would be fine using the washing soda I think would be my best chance but I just want to know if anyone had any scrub free ideas that they know works so I’m not spending useless money trying to clean this stainless steel drum out

The main problem is I can’t get my hand inside cause it has a 2” npt port and 3/4” npt port and they are on the top and the scorching is on the inside of the bottom

Actually what about “bar keepers friend cleanser” it’s stainless steel safe?
