Triple distilled Irish Whiskey.
Anyone know where they make the cuts on the last run?
You can fool some of the people all of the time, and all of the people some of the time, and them's pretty good odds.

From what I understand, "they don't make cuts" everything stays in. After ageing in oak barrels they blend the whisky from the different barrels to get a uniform taste.
