A litte more in the way of an introduction would be nice.
What spirt or spirits do you hope to make?
Do you already own a still?
If not , will you build or buy off the shelf?
Anything else that you would like to share?

Complete newbie. I don't own a still, and am not sure where I'll start yet. Have dabbled in gin infusions, and grow many things that could be used as botanicals in gin. I also grow other ingredients like sugar cane and agave. And I do many other types of ferments like vinegars, lacto pickling, kefirs, ginger beers, sourdough. My path has naturally led to distilling. So here I am.
