Hey HD forums, I've just joined to read more and study the art of distillation. I've, as of two days ago, started an UJSSM fermentation and I'm really looking forward to learning and building this skill. I have a close local friend who has experience that will be a valuable info source but look forward to seeing what there is to see within these forums!
