First post, hello from CR
Hello from Costa Rica, just moved here and I’m gearing up for ferments, sourdough and distillation. I’m used to Canadian climates so the increase in temperature will be a learning curve. My neighbor here is from Dallas area and has a complete still setup and working so I have an experienced tutor. Looking forward to exploring this site and learning more. I have a lot of bananas growing on the property so I think a banana mash is first up. Cheers!
