Stevo has arrived

Post by Stevo »

HI team,

I'm Stevo from Central Coast NSW Australia.

Back into home brewing beer after about 6-7 years out of the game.
Going all in with distilling to now, bought the turbo gear. 1st batch is about ready to do its thing.

Cheers

Welcome to HD. You can do much better than turdbo. Take a look at the recipes in tried and true. Shady's Sugar Shine seems to be the favoured choice round here.

Your turbo wash needn't go to waste though, it'll be good for the cleaning runs on your still.

Turbo 500 set up with stainless condenser.
My experience is only beer.

Just slowly going through the site to get some info, 1st batch running as we speak, looking forward to seeing the results.
