Hey, there. I'm from Wisconsin and have been interested in distilling ever since we did it in chemistry class was back in the 1900s! (90s) I've taken the small plunge to decide I want to try distilling my own things, and while alcohol products are fun, I'm interested in all things distillery! I've started reading the website and I can see there's a plethora of information available, so I'm sure it will take me some time to learn and get started.
