Is it the width of the hole? I see a lot of 1/2" spigots for sale, but my hole is bigger than that. I'm ordering a couple 7.9 gal buckets to start a dunder pit and would like to order some spigots for that too. Thinking of one on the bottom for removing sediment if needed and one in the middle for taking out the dunder.

buying a new spigot
I did up 2 batches of SBB all molasses rum and as I'm just about done, I noticed both of my spigots were cracked (probably hitting them with the paint mixer
) One of them was slowly leaking so I wrapped them both with electrical tape and put on a zip tie. That worked, but I want to order more spigots and I can't find out what size I need.
