Hi,
I have been brewing beer for about 25 years, using a Sabco 15 gal brewing system. Now I want to try distilling!
My equipment is:
10.5 gallon Anvil Foundry
AlcoEngine Copper Alembic Dome
Still Spirits Copper condenser for alembic dome

I successfully finished "Wineos Plain Ol Sugar Wash" with the expected results, and am ready to try a grain mash.
