Hi everyone. New to distilling and new to the forum. Have read loads and loads of posts from you all and its been remarkably helpful already - and I don't yet have my still delivered!
I have taken early retirement and decided to start this is a hobbyist only - ie home consumption of gin recipes that i look forward to refining.
Being from.Scotland, UK, we cannot produce our own alcohol so will be purchasing NGS to rectify into my gins. I am not yet planning anything other then gin as been an aficionado on small batch gins for some time and would like to attempt replicating some of my favourites.
Anyhoos, looking forward to chatting with all of you experienced folk as im sure I will need lots of questions answered or clarified.
